To better preserve Kount Drockula clothes, we advise you not to exceed a maximum temperature of 30°C (it is preferable to turn your t-shirt inside out before washing it if you use a washing machine); do not tumble-dry, dry-clean, or iron the printed area (if you must, iron it inside out, on wet cloth and at low power setting).
Placing Orders and Payement
The "double-click" performed by a customer after having filled-in the purchase form constitutes the validation of the aforementioned form and signifies the irrevocable acceptance of all the terms and conditions described below.
The listed prices are in Euros (€) including VAT. The various delivery options, and their price, are presented during the ordering process and specified at its end. In the case of a product being delivered outside French territory, customs taxes and formalities are at the exclusive charge of the customer, unless specified otherwise. The customer takes the responsibility of verifying the possibilities of importation of the ordered items onto the territory of the country of delivery.
The products on sale by Kount Drockula are those featured on the website www.kountdrockula.com, on the day it is consulted by the user, and within the limit of available stock. In the case of a product being temporarily or definitively unavailable, the company will inform the user either through its website or by an e-mail sent to a valid adress provided by the user. The user will then have choice of either having the ordered item replaced by another product equivalent in quality and price, or obtaining a voucher, or exercising the right to cancel the order.
The products' prices may be changed at any time by the company, but no modification of the price will be possible for an already concluded sale; however, in the case of a manifest material error, leading to the display of a "vile price", the company reserves its right to cancel the sale.
To pay for the order, customers have the choice between the various payment methods presented during the ordering process and available on tne company's website. They guarantee the company that they dispose of the necessary autorisations to use the payement method they have chosen, during the validation of the order.
Kount Drockula guarantees that the payment is protected by S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) encription, in order to provide the most effective protection of all the data relative to the chosen method of payment.
If the payment is made by credit card, the definitive validation of the order is made upon the reception of the full payment by the company, unless specified otherwise.
Shipment
The delivery of your purchased items will be made by postal service; you may also, on demand by e-mail, retreive your items in one of our shops (in which case a proof of identity will be required). Every order will be prepared the same day it was placed, and shipped the next day, except on Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays. If your paymentby credit card has not yet been validated, we shall wait for the validation of your payement by your bank before shipping the order. The time of delivery may be anticipated, following the shipment date, as specified below:
-Metropolitan France: 2 - 4 working days
-Europe: 4-6 working days
-International and French overseas territories: 10 - 15 working days
In case of absence or imposibility to deliver your parcel, you shall receive a notice of passage mentioning the date and adress where you may retrieve your parcel on presentation of an identity document. Starting with the date of the notice of passage, you will have 15 days to retrieve your parcel. At the end of this period, if the parcel has not yet been retrieved it will be automatically returned to its sender.
Belated delivery:
In case of a belated delivery, please inform the company by sending an e-mail to the adress mentioned in the "Contact" section of the website. If the delay exceeds by more than 7 days the normal date of delivery, you may cancel your order following the guidelines under "Return and Refund".
Incomplete or non conform delivery (by the transporter's fault):
Should the parcel arrive damaged or should its content be partially or totally altered or missing, please mention it on the transporter's delivery sheet, refuse the delivery and send the parcel back to us. In case you notice such an error after the transporter's departure, please let us know within 72 working hours of the reception of your order. According to article 133-3 of the French Code of Commerce, you must imperatively notify your complaint by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt to the transporter, within a 3 days period (official holidays not included).
Incomplete or non conform delivery (by the company's fault):
In spite our best efforts, every now and then an item might end up missing, or an error might occur during the preparation of you order. Should you notice such an error, please let us know, if possible, within 72 working hours of the reception of your order, by sending an e-mail to the adress mentioned in the "Contact" section of the website, and we shall send you the missing items immediately; no supplementary shipment fee will be asked of you.
Lost parcel:
Should a parcel be lost by one of transportation providers, please inform us as soon as possible. We shall make an inquiry with all relevant entities.
Presales:
Items sold under PRESALE ("PREVENTE" in French), that shall be clearly designated as such on the website, are limited series created for specific events (i.e. conventions, reunions, public gatherings, sports and cultural events) et can only be retrieved at the date and venue of the event in question; should a customer be unable to retrieve an item at the venue, said customer will have the choice between refund or shipment with a transport fee once the event is over.
Return and Refund
According to article L121-16 et 121-20 of the French Consumer's Code, customers dispose of a period of fourteen(14)days to exercise their right to cancel their order. This period starts at the reception of the order. The return shipment costs are entirely at the customers' expense. All products must be shipped back complete, in a condition adequate for resale.
According to article L. 121-20-3 of the French Consumer's Code, we shall inform you, during the process of placing your order, of the latest estimated date of delivery of said order. In case said date of delivery is exceeded by more than 7 working days (with the exception of force majeure in the legal sense), you may declare the cancellation of your order by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt, within a 60 days period following the initial delivery. In this case, we shall refund the totality of the payment (with the exception of the eventual return costs), no later than 30 days after the reception of your registered letter.
You've made an error in the choice of the size or type of item, and you wish to make an exchange: you must send us the item by mail or delivery service, including a copy of your initial bill and the complete written explanation of the reasons for the return; the cost of shipping the item back to us is at your expense.
Any product sent back tu us for exchange or refund must be shipped in its original package to the adress indicated in the "Contact" section of the website; any return of altered, washed or worn products will be rejected.
